Cecropia peltata tree

The Cecropia peltata tree is a fast-growing tree in the genus Cecropia it ranges from southern Mexico through Central America to northern South America, Trinidad and Tobago, and Jamaica, and has been introduced in Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Common names include trumpet tree and snakewood and even do it is an invasive species it provides food for a wide variety of animals.
