Geoffroy’s tamarin

Geoffroy’s tamarin (Saguinus geoffroyi), also known as the Panamanian, red-crested or rufous-naped tamarin, is a tamarin, a type of small monkey, found in Panama and Colombia. The attached images have been taken in the Summit gardens zoo near Gamboa Panama and in El Nispero Zoo in El Valle Panama. Geoffroy’s tamarin has a varied diet that includes fruits, insects and green plant parts.
